Promotional Assessments

The Promotion Assessment Center is considered highly conclusive and is a significant portion of the promotion process.  Individuals are evaluated under standardized conditions, participating in the same exercises, while being observed by multiple certified assessors trained to analyze each candidate’s behavior and knowledge.  Our promotion centers are objective, behavior based, and defensible.  Our assessors are senior leaders in fire service and have extensive background and experience in their related field.
